Jeff is a jack of all trades in technology with experience in Hardware and Software support, Programming, Networks, Training, Biomedical Engineering, QA, Electronics, and of course Addative Manufacturing, and served 4 years in the US Army as an Armor Crewman and a Administrative Specialist, with an honorable discharge of course.
Solving problems, fixing printers, fulfilling orders, and fixing more printers, while designing models and working his administrative magic to hold together all the things.

Shayla is a seasoned Information Technology professional with 25 years of Experience in various Technology roles including IT Management, Network Security, Hardware and Software support, Mainframe support, and Training. She is a certified Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist and is a Nintex Certified Expert.
She also has extensive experience in various craft areas including polymer clay, rubber stamping, scrapbooking, and likes to incorporate technology wherever possible in her crafts.
Shayla is also a FIRST robotics mentor with the Franklin Regional FRobotics 4150 team at Franklin Regional and has a passion for learning and teaching about Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing).
